Why the name “God’s Country Provisions”?
GCP is a brand that was developed prior to the purchase of the doughnut shop. They would sit around discussing the possibility of a brand that represents how so many of us feel about the Santa Ynez Valley, highlighting what we all love about the Central Coast. When the doughnut shop became available, it seemed like the perfect location to launch the brand and our hope is that doughnuts are our first provision, but certainly not our last.
How is the Los Olivos location different than the Buellton Location?
The Los Olivos location will be ONLY offering doughnut packs! There will be three options available: a cake doughnut pack (5 doughnuts), a classic pack (4 doughnuts) and a specialty pack (4 doughnuts). They will be packaged and sealed in our custom GCP boxes to make it easy to grab and go or enjoy outside in our picnic area. All the doughnuts will still be produced and packaged in our Flagship store.
Have any of the partners worked in or owned a doughnut shop prior to GCP?
Nope! Not at all. A lot of time and determination has gone into learning how to create and design a quality product and we continue to expand our abilities and ideas. There are so many things we want to do with our doughnuts!

Can I call an order in or place a custom order for doughnuts?
Absolutely. If you are looking to pick up more than 2 dozen doughnuts, we ask that you submit your order at least 72 hours prior to the pick date so that we can appropriately adjust our production. If you are purchasing doughnuts from our menu, the price does not adjust. If you are looking to create a custom design (i.e. custom frosting color or specialty decorations), there is a custom order fee placed on each doughnut. Why do the specialty doughnuts change each month?
Part of the fun of owning a doughnut shop is all the topping possibilities out there! We thought it would be fun to rotate flavors each month to give our customers something new to try. Over time, if we find that one flavor has really stuck with the masses, we wouldn’t dare take it away and will continue to make it once the month is over. Prime example? The Maple Bacon doughnut. There is no way we are going to take that one away and anger half of the valley!
Do you provide wholesale to locations around the Santa Ynez Valley?
Yes! We currently work with a number of wholesale partners around the Santa Ynez Valley. If you are interested in working with us for your retail space, please visit our wholesale page here and complete the form. A member of our team will be in touch once it is received.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item we are happy to accept returns on apparel items ONLY returned to us within 14 days of customer receipt (*date of customer receipt as according to USPS delivery tracking confirmation). Returns received back to us within 14 days will receive a full refund in the form of original payment.
Edible goods are FINAL SALE.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Any item with indication of wear or use will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
You are welcome to return and exchange apparel purchased online at the store.. Online purchases returned in-store must be completed within 14 days.
When returning by mail, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, we do not accept COD deliveries. Return packages MUST be sent via USPS (U.S. postal service). All original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
